We ship all dropship orders via FedEx or by common carrier weekdays Monday through Friday. The cutoff time is 2 PM EST. All shipments are sent out blind. The best possible shipping method will be determined and shipping costs will be added to your invoice, unless requested that we third party bill your company account. Damage claims are the responsibility of the third party billing account holder.
All packages valued under $300 are shipped FedEx with no signature required unless a signature is requested at the time the order is placed at a cost of $2.50 per shipment. If a package is lost or stolen with no signature required FedEx will not cover it and GES will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the dealer’s responsibility to include in the purchase order a note to accept or decline signature required. All packages valued over $300 will have an indirect signature required.
Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. Call 843.879.0515 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
All applicable warranties on products are covered by the manufacturer of those products against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase showing the date of sale will be required in order to file a warranty claim. GES will file the claim with the appropriate manufacturer and issue a replacement of those goods to the end customer.
All returns require a Return Authorization number, which will be provided by calling 843.875.0515. All returns for unwanted merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee.* Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In order for credit to be issued merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. Original freight costs are not refundable. All requests for Return Authorization must be requested within 30 days of customer receipt of goods.
*The exception is with our vent pipe. We offer a generous return policy on surplus vent materials. Please contact us for more information.
