Q: How do I start selling products online or in my retail location?

A: Simple! Just review the information below and if you feel you qualify or want more information on carrying our products, simply call us or fill out the form below to get the process started.

Q: Do you drop-ship for internet retailers?

A: Yes. We set you up with an account and you simply log in to your account to place your orders and we ship them out for you.

Q: If I have a good credit and qualify, do you offer terms?

A: Yes. Once you are accepted to start carrying our products and successfully complete a credit check we will offer you credit terms on all your purchases.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION:

The following information will be required to establish an account with Global Expert Solutions, LLC (GES) dba BulkStead.com • A copy of your resale tax permit • Company information including, billing address, name, telephone/ fax numbers and e-mail address of the contact person for your company.

PAYMENT TERMS:

You will be required to pay via credit card all dropship orders at the time the order is placed online. To establish a net 7 or net 20 account please request a credit application. Net 7/20 Credit terms are given to retail establishments with gross minimum annual sales of $350,000

PLACING AN ORDER:

Orders should be submitted via our website at ww.bulkstead.com. You will be given a login name and password and will be responsible for the correct entry of order information and the ship to details and method of shipping. We can ship on your account 3rd party via FedEx or UPS. These orders must be submitted by e-mail to orders@bulkstead.com or faxed to 843.300.1035. Orders will ship within 1-3 business days for in stock merchandise. If product is not available you will be notified via e-mail.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

We ship all dropship orders via FedEx or by common carrier weekdays Monday through Friday. The cutoff time is 2 PM EST. All shipments are sent out blind. The best possible shipping method will be determined and shipping costs will be added to your invoice, unless requested that we third party bill your company account. Damage claims are the responsibility of the third party billing account holder.

All packages are shipped FedEx with no signature required unless a signature is requested at the time the order is placed at a cost of $2.50 per shipment. If a package is lost or stolen with no signature required FedEx will not cover it and GES, LLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the dealer’s responsibility to include in the purchase order a note to accept or decline signature required.

Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. Call 1-866.356.0502 to receive a Return Authorization Number.

WARRANTIES:

All applicable warranties on products are covered by the manufacturer of those products against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase showing the date of sale will be required in order to file a warranty claim. GES will file the claim with the appropriate manufacturer and issue a replacement of those goods to the end customer.

RETURNS:

All returns require a Return Authorization number, which will be provided by calling 866.356.0502. All returns for unwanted merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In order for credit to be issued merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. Original freight costs are not refundable. All requests for Return Authorization must be requested within 30 days of customer receipt of goods.

MAP PRICING: GES will inform and enforce the MAP pricing policies of our manufactures products. GES, LLC reserves the right to refuse to sell product to companies who do not abide by our manufactures advertising policy.

GES, LLC will provide all drop ship customers with product images and current pricing. GES reserves the right to revise pricing at any time and will provide you with any increases in cost.
